At Level 3, Transports and Miners can mount 1 support module. Offensive modules like the Alpha Rocket can be equipped to provide an explosive punch, and the Remote Repair module can turn a Transport or a Miner into a healing ship supporting the Battleships.
As always, even a max-level Transport or Miner will be instantly destroyed by enemy fire, so protect these ships.
Although private missions in the comfort of your own Corporation are easier to set up and work through, sometimes none are available. In public missions, it can be daunting to try to work with strangers, but more often or not, asking for and offering help can lead to much quicker success, not to mention potentially find friends.
We hope that this guide will help you. I think that says a lot about this game and the developers. With that being said, you should also put your jewels to good use….
Jewels and diamonds are primarily used at the underworld Contractor to add new features to your base and new bonuses to future escape attempts.
Most of these are minor boosts like extra health or resources, but a few are downright mandatory. First, you'll want to get the Fountain Chamber for Tartarus.
This will unlock two valuable upgrades: the Fated List of Minor Prophecies, which is basically a set of challenges that dish out big rewards, and the Regional Keepsake Collection, which lets you swap Keepsakes at the end of each region.
You'll also need to beat the first boss to get the Keepsake collection, but by the time you're doing upgrades, that shouldn't be a problem. Passively completing Prophecies will help you unlock many other upgrades, and swapping Keepsakes lets you better control your rewards and prepare for bosses.
While you're at it, you should also have the contractor add the Boon Codex Index, an indispensable list of all the boons you can get from each god.
This is really handy if you're doing a super specific build that hinges on certain boons. You'll unlock this contractor job once you get the codex, which you can do by speaking to Achilles after a few runs.
Oh, and did we mention…. Hades is primarily an action game, but it's also rich with story content and memorable characters.
The price often consists of many lower level artifacts, doing shipments for the seller or offer the systems hydrogen. Sellers of artifacts mostly aim at better daily income and additional hydrogen.
They will also profit from salvaging lower level artifacts, not needing to do their shipments because the partner does them or accessing more hydrogen so they can run more Red Stars.
It's usually a win-win for both parties. So, how does one trade artifacts? There are two ways: A private Red Star There's a way of sharing artifacts I found out on my own when starting with the game but most of the active player base knows about it.
If you send transport ships loaded with artifacts to a Red Star and drop them on a planet other players will be able to pick them up.
That doesn't apply to artifacts you retrieved in the same Red Star e. If your partner does the same you can pick up his artifacts. Since there is no need to trade in a specific Red Star level most players will use a private Red Star level 1 in a corporation to trade, as it also allows only 2 players to participate which excludes a third from stealing.
You cannot pick up or drop your artifacts at the Research Station and you won't be able to drop your artifacts on the planets of your partner.
With artifacts needing a specific capacity to be able to transport them you are limited to the transport capacity of your transports when trading.
This is intended if you ask me so high-end players cannot boost very low level players. A common but yet disturbing thing for many players is diplomatic relationship cancelling and re-establishing.
As I wrote earlier the jump of your ships in the partners system to your system by cancelling the diplomatic relationship won't cost any hydro. You can use this game mechanic to save hydrogen.
Simply cancel the relationship after you both picked up artifacts and send another request immediately after.
Before you can colonize a planet, you have to move at least one of your ships to the surface. The more planets you have colonized, the more expensive colonizing the next one becomes.
Hades' Star Tip 4: Module. Ships can be upgraded by installing modules. Modules can be either activated or passive, and provide unique advantages to each Ship.
To discover new modules or upgrade existing ones, you need to find blueprints by researching Artifacts retrieved in Red Stars.
Newly discovered modules must be researched before you can install them on your ships. And you only have to upgrade battery instead of both battery and laser.
Double batteries also give you more flexibility and enable you to dance your battleship with 0 disadvantages compared to laser. I was definitely wondering about RS6 usefulness, thanks!
No one in my corp has hit 6 yet. I prefer the battery anyway hitting the smaller cerbs with a laser is always painful so it seems like a no brainer.
What setup do you use on your bs? I had easy time killing it with passive 3 and batteries 4 or 5 on all three bs. Both with and without emp worked well.
Now with passive 4 and batteries 6 I can kill two colossus in a row without problem. Battery high and reliant dps helps a ton.
Timing requires practice. I try not to wait for the half a shield go down, but to reset the laser quite often, almost as soon as all three ships get back in range from previous evasion.
You can and probably should also make the colossus itself go where you want it, for possible outranging or just keeping it away from the planet to let transports get arts in relative safety.
One has Laser 2, one has Battery 4, the last has Mass Battery 2. I could probably have better luck by replacing Mass Battery with another Battery but I have problems sometimes at taking out Sentinels hiding behind bigger ships and the Mass Battery trivializes them.Hades’ Star Basic Tips and Tricks Weapons.
